The website only collects the data you enter in the contact form:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your phone number, if you give it;
- your preferred dates, if you state them;
- your message.
The website does not ask you to create an account.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used only to answer your request.
This processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on our legitimate interest in answering you.
Recipients
Your messages are read by Erick et Karine.
They pass through the website's technical providers:
- Vercel, for hosting the website and its media files;
- Neon, for the database where your message is saved;
- Cloudflare, for the domain name, email reception and the anti-bot protection of the form (Turnstile).
Retention period
Your data is kept for the time needed to handle your request and, where applicable, the stay that follows from it.
It is deleted on request to contact@instant-tranquille.com.
Transfers outside the European Union
Vercel, Neon and Cloudflare are American providers. Your data may therefore be processed outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by the contractual commitments of these providers.
Cookies and trackers
This website uses no audience measurement tool and no advertising, and sets no cookie of its own during your visit.
It only stores, in your browser:
- the fact that the opening screen has already been played, for the duration of your visit;
- your choice to turn the sound of that screen on or off.
When you start filling in the contact form, Cloudflare's Turnstile anti-bot protection loads. It may store technical items needed for the check.
Map backgrounds are loaded by your browser from OpenStreetMap's servers.
The administration area, reserved for the hosts, uses a login cookie. It does not concern visitors.
Booking on Airbnb and Booking
Booking is done on Airbnb and Booking, which apply their own terms and their own privacy policies. This website does not collect any payment.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, the restriction of its processing or its portability, and you can object to its processing.
